Do I need to pay anything to take the challenge?

No, it's free. Over the 14 days you will have a daily task to complete and all exercises have a 'how to do' description. Starting a new exercise regime is hard enough, so the aim is to make it as easy as possible.

How much time do I need to Invest?

Each daily activity will take from 5-40 minutes to complete, which you can do any time of the day that suits you best.

The whole challenge will take 14 days from the day you start and you can start anytime!
